Protein ice cream contains extra protein, while energy ice cream is developed with a higher energy content. The ice creams are particularly suitable for people who need extra nutrition in their daily lives but still want a tasty dessert or a delicious snack.
Both variants are available in chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and strawberry flavours.

Our fortified ice cream has been developed in close cooperation with dietitians to create a tasty and nutritious snack for people who need extra energy and to gain weight. The goal has been to combine high quality, good ingredients, and nutritional expertise in a product that both tastes good and makes a difference in everyday life.
Ranis has received EU support through LAG Haderslev-Tønder for upgrading the production of Ranis fortified ice cream. The project's purpose is to further develop and increase production so that even more people who need to gain weight can access delicious and appealing snacks. At the same time, the project contributes to creating more local jobs and strengthening development in the area.

In the heart of Haderslev's charming pedestrian street, you'll find Rani Isbar – an atmospheric shop with homemade gelato inspired by classic Italian ice cream tradition. Our ice cream is produced on-site with a focus on quality, excellent ingredients, and the soft, creamy consistency that defines authentic gelato.
At Ranis, you can choose from several different flavors of both gelato and freshly made sorbet with plenty of fruit. In addition, we also offer macarons, coffee, tea, water, and other delicious refreshments, which can be enjoyed in the shop's cozy atmosphere or on a stroll through the city.
We also make ice cream cakes to order for birthdays, events, and other special occasions where a dessert with both taste and quality is desired.
